TWO FOLKS BREAD

We are Two Folks Bread.

Simply put, we are a married couple of bakers who have found joy in the mixing of flour and water to come together resulting in an astounding aromatic, crackling loaf of bread: your bread.

Our back ground in baking taught us what we know today. We were very fortunate to have worked together at a local bakery here in Colorado Springs, learning more about each other and even more about making bread.

Here at Two Folks, we make naturally leavened breads (aka sourdough). There really is something to be said about a fresh loaf of bread. (No rhyme intended, although that is helpful.)
