After hours of labor, laughter, and some slight conflict, we successfully attended two days at the 2023 Colorado Springs Briargate Farmers Market! We sold out both times and still had folks asking for more!
Thanks to everyone who came out and supported our micro business, and thanks to my teens for helping me in the endeavor- even though waking up at 6:30 am on summer vacation "really sucks."

Welcome to our humble website!
Do you enjoy fresh sourdough bread? We do. That's why we'd like to share it with you. We use 100% organic ingredients and our bread undergoes a 24 hour sourdough fermentation. To a bread enthusiast this means a more developed taste, a lighter crumb, and defined crust. To us, this simply means "darn good bread". Well, we are enthusiasts too.
Here's how to order:
Right now, we are anticipating a contactless order pick up starting sometime in fall of 2023. Until then, we are meeting up at Wayfinder's Coffee on Austin Bluffs Parkway to make the hand-off.

Orders should be placed each Sunday to ensure your order is ready for the following week. Loaves are typically baked and ready to go Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.
